What we collect

• The address you enter — to research history and write your story.
• Gift details — if you send a gift: the recipient’s address, email, your note, and the delivery time.
• Your email address — to deliver your story, send receipts, and handle support.
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe. We receive limited details (e.g., card brand, last four digits) but never your full card number.
• Basic technical data — such as server logs needed to run and secure the site and to confirm delivery (e.g., download events).

Gift recipients

If someone sends you a Digital Gift, we receive your address and email from the buyer. Your email is used only to deliver that gift: we send one delivery email and never use it for marketing, sell it, or share it beyond the providers listed below. Your address is used only to write the story and follows the same retention rules. Email us to have your information deleted.

How we use it

Only to provide the Service: generating and delivering your story, processing payments and refunds, answering support requests, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

What we never do

• We never publish customer addresses or display them on any public page, and we do not index customer stories.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• This website uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us operate, under confidentiality obligations: payment processing (Stripe), web hosting, email delivery, and the AI writing and narration services used to create your story (which receive your address and historical source text, not your payment details). We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Addresses are stored encrypted and the raw address is deleted 90 days after your order is fulfilled. Order and payment records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

Email hauntmyblock@agentmail.to to access, correct, or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from non-essential email.

Children’s privacy

Our services are for adults. Every edition, including the Family-Friendly Edition, is ordered by an adult (18+), and all orders and communications come from adults. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or anyone under 18): we do not ask for a child’s name, age, email, or other details. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
